Hi there are these two ID's of farm story game ( ranu_ji and darnisar ) these is same person using two ID's they both comments on my wall and abuse me bully me. First they asked my age name gender my instagram ID. T I didn't response then they started abusing me I said why you asking about my age gender and other personal details . Please stop it. Or I will complained to storm8 team. These two started saying u can't do anything go do whatever you want to do . These two kept abusing me. I deleted countless comments when I woke up in morning my wall was full of abusing words,😓I made a mistake I should have take screenshots of thier comments but I deleted without thinking it. please check thier activities these people dont come to play game. They just plant flower because flower dont withered. They never play game just use insta to flirt with people and if anybody dont response to them these two start abusing them. Please I request you take a serious action against these two ID's pleas🙏🏻🙏🏻because of these type of people we have to quit playing game . Please check thier activities on farm story game. I paid for 1400 gems a little while ago and during the purchase the App Store accepted the transaction and I was charged for the gems but it never was deposited to my account, I contacted Storm8 and got nowhere!!! They are claiming items I’ve purchased using gems I previously had in my account or earned as where actually the ‘1400’ gems I purchased and spent ‘quickly’ What a load of sh*t!!! They have been stringing me along with short, unhelpful emails. I’ve been playing Castlestory for a few years now, spent god know how much but I get Fu$k all understanding or assistance. I’d given up and even tried purchasing more gems but I get a msg from App Store that I’ve previously purchased this item and it will be credited for free..... starts loading... then the App CRASHES!!!!! Ahhhh I’ve told STORM8 this but they still want to tell me I’m wrong; in a half arsed, couldn’t give a f@$k kinda email.

Hi I wud like to make a complaint against storm8 Agents... im so frustrated by the fact that no matter how many times I or someone reports issues regarding one of their games nothing gets resolved... they never take anyone seriously its just a joke to them... My issue is Dragon story so many issues regarding that game constantly being booted out.. the amount of times I have emailed storm8 regarding this matter is unreal.. there reply is too many resources or device isn't gud enough or clear data contact yur manufacturer blah blah blah they fob us of with their bull shit everytime we report issues with the game... the problem is on there end not our.. if I can play bakery Restaurant Fashion Fantasy forest etc then clearly its not on my end Right... Plz for once take my matter seriously that's all I ask do wot ever it is you gotta do So the Dragon story App dosnt boot us out when visiting nbrs this has gone on way to long never been looked into that's the point im making today... I never get gold or silver runes no matter how much I participate or what I deliver. You can't buy things in rune market without them. Also I sent 1 message already. My pink skunkubine is gone. Would you please put it back. I worked my tail off getting it. You never make anything easy. I spent a fortune in diamonds to get him. Is someone going to respond to this message or is it going to get ignored also. I trying to be nice. But you're not making that easy either. What do I have to do to get gold and silver runes and get my skunkubine back. What a rip off. I'm done being nice. If you want people to continue to play you might try fixing some problems. Also have sales on diamonds. Yours are to expensive. Other games run sales all the time. But not you!!!!!!!

I accepted K's Pets invite to be my neighbor on the Storm8 mobile game known as Pet Shop Story...K's
threatened that I am going to be "toast" if I bother a guy she says is hers by the name of Levie...I don't know who Levie is and I don't know who K's Pets is. I therefore would like to request a removal of my neighbor K's Pets off my neighbor wall to resolve this issue. I feel embarrassed and threatened at this point. Thanks in advance.
