I have had a week which I am pretty sure was banked with Summer Winds. Now I have been told my week was not banked from 2017. I had a vacation there last year but opted to pay for my “bonus week” to get to go when I wanted to. Now I am told my week wasn’t banked and I have just lost it. I received one call last year telling me a new company took over but that it wouldn’t really change much. I am not sure if the new company is the problem or what but I am being told I just have to know when I am supposed to make it; I don’t get any communication to inform me of this time period. One person last week told me I would have to call back in April to bank my week for 2021. Another person said I would have to call next year after I pay the remainder of my maintenance fee. Then I have to remember to do it before October or something. I am unable to track online like I did in the past. Also we were charged an extra fee last year for the facilities. I have never been able to even use a week yet because of availability. Also when we bought we were assured we could trade for a unit at Disney World. They are not even available.
