5 hr customer service call! Still no fix

I called Straight talk yesterday and was transferrred to 8 different departments and over 5 hours on the phone, most of which I was on hold or disconnected and had to call back and start over again with each department.

My cell service was dropping calls, most texts would not go through and I could not load anything from the internet. This is why I called. I started to video record the conversation and have 8 videos of the interaction and intentional harassment by the customer service people, who kept me on hold claiming to be trying to contact verizon. When it was finally 9pm EST, the customer service lady said verizon wa closed and Id have to call back tomorrow. Without my phone fixed at all.

The videos are uploaded on youtube. This is not the first time Straight talk has done this to me. Every conversation I have ever had with them results in little to no help and usually takes multiple calls over a period of days to get resolved. Then I find that by the next month I am having the same issue and I dread having to call back.

I have not called them back because I dont believe they have any intention of helping me get my phone fixed. As my video shows, the game the lady was playing by keeping me on hold. Stating I had to remain on hold even thou it had been over 1 and 1/2 hours just with her. But when my phone dropped the call, miraculously she called me right back. Which she stated could not be done and that is why I had to remain on hold!

She never had any intention of fixing my phone nor do I believe she was trying to reach verizon. This is the second time I had to hold for so long and only be told that verizon is closed and call back and start the process of telling each department the same story, having each department tell me to turn my phone on and off.....then transfer me to the next department to do the same thing over and over again.

I would like someone from Straight talk corporate office to contact me so they can watch the experience that the average person goes through and the horrible service that feels more like slow torture than help.

I hope that truly Straight talk personnel reach out to me to fully understand what customers experience when calling. Let my videos speak for themselves. It should be used as a training video of what not to do as a customer service rep.
