Horrible product and services

Horrible customer services and products. I buy a brand new phone and they have replaced it twice with rebuilt ✆ that end up screwing up then they tell me they can't replace it now. I told them I bought a new ✆ I wanted replaced with a new one not a used one that was someone else's problem to begin with. That's not their policy. Well kiss my ass. 300 down the drain because of policy. I can't speak to a person I can understand till the fourth call and then I'm told in broken English i more or less have to deal with it because of policy. They send me pieces of crap after I buy a brand new piece of crap and now I'm stuck with a ✆ that the screen keeps getting snowy and restarting. Thanks straight talk. For nothing. Your ten years customer, your loss, I'm sure someone else will like my four lines a month.

customer service

I have been waiting over three Weeks now for a Sim card y'all said what at first take 3 to 5 days. After changing it to 7 to 10 days after I repeatedly called and ask for a corporate number, but apparently to all you "supervisors" and "managers" that is no existent. So to my surprise after not receiving my Sim card on the 13th. day of waiting I finally look online for a corporate number and find someone who gives me (1*800)626-4883 as a call back number after finally getting her to agree to overnight the Verizon Sim card that was out of stock. But of course she had no idea when the new shipment would come in so I had no idea or round about time frame to be expecting the Sim card I paid for over 21 days ago. At this point i'm understandable when it comes to being out of stock in a product and i'm okay with having to only wait a day or two when the Sim card finally come in due to her, a "corporate" staff member typing it on my file she said. This was Tuesday Dec. 3. Now After not receiving anything by Fri. Dec. 6. I call this morning Dec. 7. Only to hear for a representive of yours that I would Again have to wait until the following week and there's absolutely no note of overnighting on my file. I guarantee you I will Info everyone I know of this RIDICULOUS wait and TERRIBLE service I've received the past MONTH waiting on a sim card. I WOULD LOVE!!! IF SOMEONE NOT ANOTHER "manager/supervisor" COULD PLEASE CONTACT ME ON THIS MATTER. Although I would not be at all surprised if you all didn't.
