service(loss of money)
I am a straight talk customer. four months ago I joined their new bring your own phone program. their program guaranteed mms and internet of up to 3 gigabyte, followed by my last months notice of five gigabytes of data. I called the straight talk representatives multiple times during second month of service to fix my data connection. the bring you own phone up to this month once connected didn't automatically connect to service provider for web and data. they ensured me it would be fixed by next refill. I called today on 6/10/2015 in which a good rep got me connected. and due to my inability to use mobile web for four months using extra 15 a month for the data itself, promised me over the phone multiple times a 30 day service extension for the 60 lost. I explained I only called about this issue due to the fact if not resolved and given 30 days I would move to another company. clearly stating at the end of the call I checked multiple times if service extension would be granted. ending with yes sir each time to cover misunderstandings happening. then technical support rep promised the same thing. I did not receive notification within time I was given to look for it. and I also messaged my roommate who was in hospital that they were granting me extension one months service also at time of promise. I called back. and was told I am wrong. so I asked for supervisor. who in which told me all recorded calls cannot be retrieved to check for the promised action. but said there was no probable reasoning for extension of service. this supervisor also stated that the calls I made in past months existed. but only a paper trail except they didn't write my claim down. following this the supervisor called me out as one of millions who call with this issue. that im screwed out of luck and quote on quote "go to walmart or straight talk . com because I am not granting the extension of service promised" showing it had been promised. I asked to speak to head person. they put me on with a manager. who now claims I have no phone records or documents shown for anything before current date. also sending me a message saying to go to walmart or straight talk and pay for the card myself in text during call. this leading to her claiming that there were recodings fount, five seconds later there were none. and when I stated she deleted the whole trail. she claimed I hadn't called until just then. when I said that they not only have trail. but once inputted all data leaves a trail once deleted and is also stored on a data cloud. she claimed that I am just using excuses for free service. then told me that I could wait ten days(without phone at all) and I may see a message for extension, I may not. when I stated she was just covering up for two of her workers mistakes she said I hadn't called anyone but her today. that I can wait ten days and hope for luck or give up. when I requested for forwarding to another higher up. she claimed to forward me and then picked the phone backup. I would not have issue. but it is not legal to promise services to a customer. though no paper trail. it is recorded as stated at beginning of each call. and I feel that straight talk not only has used me as a customer for the fact I have had multiple phones with them over the past seven years and have been data capped and restricted. I have also been done wrong by verbal contract, and it is a verbal contract once recorded. not only have I been put down as one of millions, I have been called a liar, disrespected, and chewed out by the supervisor and manager of the office responding to my issue. I feel that I not only have been screwed out of my cash for seven years as general customer, I also have as a bring your own phone customer. not only that but verbal abuse and neglect towads me as a customer. if there is any help I would be thankful.
