DO NOT BACK MY EMAIL ACCOUNT AGAIN

After paying $245. For the Samsung Galaxy Phone, the Philippines couldn't get my phone to work. That I PAID $45.00 for their monthly service! So after 5 hours of repetitive tasks I got an email from straight talk to turn my phone off and then back on. When I turned it back on, they LOCKED ME OUT OF MY PHONE!! COMPLETELY!! THEY SAID FOR ME TO CALL THE POLICE, ALL WHILE THEY WERE IN THE PHILIPPINES!! My phone was working on MY HOME WI-FI !
And THEY GET AWAY WITH IT!! I JUST BOUGHT A NEW CAR, AND THE 1st PHONE WAS SYNCED TO IT!! NOT ANY MORE!! THEY HAVE JUST LOST MY HUSBAND'S BUSINESS TOO.
