Purchased iphone 5 + $45.00 activation card.October 7th 2017 tried to activate by calling number given with phone. ST told me it came up stolen. Long story short in 2 months,I have talked to 21 people at straight talk and tracfone spending 14 hours on the phone and still they can't fix the problem.I have gone a total of 10 days without service switching back to my previous provider 3 times.This is no less then criminal and I will be seeking legal recourse.Also I will be letting everyone know via facebook and youtube how horrible this company is.Paul Fisher

I am trying to get my payment that they took out two days ago and I tried to stop the payment on line but it did not stop it and it take the money out and do called two days later and they are not willing to give me my payment back what can I do to get my money back that's 50 dollars I'm just giving them????
