took unauthorized money out of my account
I started service with Straight on 3/30/2019. I received my phone on 4/5/2019. I used an United Community Bank Card. I was charged $50.29. My next bill I paid $49.90 on 5/03/2019 through Heartland Bank. On 6/03/2019 I paid $49.90 through a Heartland Bank Card. On 7/03/2019 my bill was $50.30 I paid through a Heartland Bank Card as well. I call to find out why my bill was up and down. No straight answer. On 8/03/2019 I paid $50.37 for my bill this was through a Woodforest Bank Card also. On 9/03/2019 bill was $51.76 I paid through Woodforest Bank Card as well. I called my payments in through the phone services phone line. But on 09/30/2019 they Debit my United Community Bank $50.17 Which I had not used since I set it up. Nor was it authorized. I call them, a lady agent(rudely) told me to go to my bank and dispute it. Which I did. And that I couldn't use that card again with them, I explain that I was not on automatic debit and that card should of been removed from their file. On 10/30/2019 my bank put the charge back on. Told me I had to call Straight talk. I did call ask for corporate office the agent (Fate-514303) told me the last payment they got from me was on 09/1/2019 and that it would be returning in 3 business days if something after that was on there. But that's not what they told my bank. As a consumer this should not of happened.

Phone number change
On June 3 I noticed that my phone was off and then I put a new card on it and when I did the number was a different one than I had and the lady couldn't get it back because I was told it was a Verizon number and I've been a loyal customer to straight talk since you came out. I was told to call Verizon and get the account number and password and only then could I have my phone number back. I was on the phone for 2 hours with no luck and I am very unhappy about this I've had the same number for a number of years with no problems and if I did have one they have always been settled yet for some reason beyond my imagination someone within your network messed up and I'm paying for it. The aggravation isn't worth it and I'm seriously considering changing to another phone company that has a better way of doing business with there customers.
