Saying not signal
My phone says not signal all the time now since about two weeks now. Even when I'm connected to Wi-Fi. This is getting to be redicoulice. When I make or answer phone calls. It almacticaly hangs up. Then something pops up saying about TTY. What ever that is. It's starting to make me made.

multiple invalid order id numbers given
I have been a straight talk customer for quite some time with no complaints until now. I recently attempted to purchase a new phone off of their website which to start with is misleading bc the site has at least two layouts. Well the first time i tried to buy a phone, i put all my info in and it came back as error and i realized i didnt put in the correct billing address. So once i fixed that it went thru. But shortly thereafter i looked at my online banking and my account was charged twice for the same amount equivelant to the cost of the phone. So i quick called my bank and they said since the charges were still pending they couldnt stop payment on either charge and that id have to call straight talk to get a refund of one of the charges. Well big surprise there they of course first tried to tell me to call my bank. Then when they asked for the order id number i got in my email they told me the number was invalid. I was furious by this time bc until they ship my phone that id number is the only real evidence that i even bought something from that site. Well its now today november 14 and i did end up getting a refund but that doesnt do me justice, i want my new damn phone. Lol. So this morning stupid me tried to buy the phone again, same darn thing, when i try to check the status of my order the id is invalid. Yet when i click on the link to do so from my email, that works just fine. Although all it ever did say was order was processing. So i am at a loss as what to do. I know in about a week ill get a refund for this latest purchase. Its nearly impossible to buy anything off their site and i wont go to walmart or some place like that bc they dont have as good of a selection as online. If anyone has encountered this problem or can suggest what to do, that would be very helpful, thanks!

Unsatisfied with CSR's ; Was on the phone with them on/off with them from 1-7:25
I was trying to activate a new phone I bought from Best Buy (Unlocked Moto G Generation III 16G June 7th, 2016.
I just recently purchased Straight Talk prepaid cards ($60 BYOP Activation Kit)
I was disconnected several times. The first CSR I connected with was a female and she was extremely rude, trying to rush me off the phone, and wouldn't let me explain my problem.
Once I got disconnected the first time, I called back, and was connected with a male CSR, I was trying to find out if I could use a Moto G phone with the AT&T SIM card (Came with the $60 Kit) and add the straight talk prepaid minutes. He kept telling me I couldn't do that, and that I needed a "Straight Talk SIM card" in order to use the Motorola Phone with the Straight Talk Airtime
I then called Best Buy, and did other research via the internet. Sources told me I WAS able to do that.
After that I was back and forth calling between Straight Talk Prepaid Department, and Best Buy for about two hours, both telling me the exact OPPOSITE thing.
When I finally dialed Straight Talk Prepaid Department for the LAST and FINAL time, the CSR I was connected to at that time was able to let me do what I've been trying to do FOUR-SIX hours ago..
I am highly upset, unsatisfied, and annoyed with the Customer Service Department, and EXTREMELY unhappy that I had to spend basically my whole day trying to do something that takes 5 minutes..
This is my first time with this company, switching from Boost Mobile and Verizon, and I have never experienced anything like this before.
I am honestly at the point where if I do not experience any changes or progress by the end of the month (Plan renewal date: 08/14/16) I might go back to Boost, or Verizon where they treat me right and take care of me.
