I called last week on the 17th because my internet was not working at all. The CSR told me I used all me high speed data. I told her it was impossible because I hadn't been able to get online, she said I can't help you and told me I have used all my high speed data. She hung up on me and I called back shortly after. I spoke with another supervisor who figured out that my imei # was linked to another phone, so he changed it to my phone and it worked for one day. He informed me that the other phone was using my data and mins. Problem solved, nope! The next day my phone stopped working again and I contacted them back. Said that I was using an Alcatel phone (no) I have an iPhone 5s I told them and informed them that somehow the month I PAID FOR had been assigned to someone else's phone. So she said ok I can fix this, and without my permission or telling me she gave me a new #. This is unacceptable as I had my old number 8 yrs and have a child with autism and all his Dra and the school had the number, I then asked her five mins later to change it back, and she said the # had already been reassigned. I still have no internet with new # and am filing a formal complaint with BBB and hiring a lawyer. I have a child with special needs and our lives have been affected by this. Whatever you do stay away from straight talk!!! I was trying to save money and all they did was steal from me and make my life difficult.
