Charges to my bank account

I closed my account 2 months ago & they keep taking money out of my cancelled account & cant get them to refund it the # 1 870582 5589 home # 870 642 7778 i have talked to the people & recorders at least 8 times in the past 3 days & getting nowhere Thanks Jim Brophy
