I believe two individuals tried to get my credit card information in order to steal from me. When I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, they hung up on me.
I tried to call them back 3 times. The first time I was taken to a survey which I did participate in, hoping it was straight talk related. However, I believe they are funneling calls to a survey company in order to make extra money.
The 2nd and 3rd times I called, I was connected with "Livelink" which is a phone sex/hookup service. I believe they blocked me from being able to reach any support staff.
Both people spoke with Indian accents. One was a woman and thd other a man. I know I can do nothing legally but please inform Straight Talk of their customer service workers' behavior.
