I have had my phone for a very short time now and I cannot listen to music through headphones or earbuds. I can use an auxiliary cord. When I plug any type of headphones or earbuds into my phone, it shuts itself off immediately. It has been like this since I got it. Other than that, I haven't had any other problems with my phone.

I have purchased 2 devices through the straight talk $55 unlimited plan; upon speaking to a representative he couldnt help me with resetting phone to where it was as if I just purchased it. I paid with my credit card and asked a supervisor why it would take 15 days to send me a new device/refurbished...neither one of them had an explanation nor an answer. all they kept saying was what the script in front of them read...are you kidding me!!! So now I'm out a phone and 55 dollars, I had heard so many good things that I figured id try straight talk...forget it and ill find another server
I have medical issues and need to be able to have a working device at all times. speaking to the supervisor was like speaking to a stupid robot
