I bought a brand new phone I can't use! They are telling me to take it back to Walmart to rescan it...why? No one can give me a clear answer on this! Not to mention, this POS Straight Talk phone Im currently using keeps kicking me off the internet. They're phones suck and so does their customer service! I've cussed them and their supervisors out numerous times!!!!

7/4/14 - my phone was stolen and it had a already paid $51.87 for the
cycle on 6/29 to end 7/29.
7/4/14 - phone was deactivated to prevent use.
7/4/14 - purchased new phone and activated it $46.27.
7/4/14 - moved old phone number to new phone and had to pay another
$46.27.
These charges were outrageous and very upsetting as I had money still
left on my previous plan. Please explain why all the additional
charges.
I would like these charges to be reversed, otherwise, I will never
again use this service after this one expires. I have recommended this
service but will no longer continue to do so if this is what a person
gets charged every time they have to move a number and activate a new
phone even though there was time/money on the old phone.
