Straight talk

There are no complaints using term I brought my own phone to straight talk they activated it not using a sim card then they told me to buy a sim card they messed up both sim cards told me they suspended my services temporary I would have to get new phone and new Sims card before they could he they would add my service card to new phone now that I have a new phone and new Sims card they telling me my old number is not in the system and can not transfer no time . I paid 110 for my phone to work and got a total of 30 days of service they owe me 55 service card and refusing to do anything about it said they can not transfer time only is this really right have been found

Service

I brought my own phone to straight talk they messed my sim card up they told me to buy another one service plans is 55 each n sim card 4.00 so I paid 59. twice I got 55 bucks n new phone they suspended my old number n told me I had to buy new phone or get another phone with a new Sims card they would transfer everything to new phone so I got another phone called to get time transfer they gave me a new number n didn't transfer nothing they told me now they can't transfer time only and my old number is not found in their system..they owe me 55 service plan I don't think this is right or legal

Refund

Purchased a straight talk kit from Walmart on 02/03/2017 . Had it activated .ported phone number.02/15/2017 Straight talk locked my SIM could not use the service .Was informed by straight talk that my phone was not compatible with straight talk.requested a refund and was told it was approved on 02/28/2017. Now they denied my refund and they have given 3 separate reason on why.

customer service

I have been with straight talk for almost 4 years now and have never had any problems in the past year I have had to call customer service and customer service is the biggest pain and cause me a lot of stress.
I lost My Straight Talk phone and called customer service and told them that I bought a new phone and they still charged my credit card on the other number and somebody had found it and was using itand I told customer service that And was on The phone for hours but my problem was still not solved. they continue to charge the credit card linked to my old number 912-346-3790. I bought a new Straight Talk phone and was wanting them to put the leftover minutes on there and take the credit card off I told them this and they did Not. not. they said they couldn't transfer the minutes even though the phone was lost /stolen. come to find our, it what using the credit card to put minutes on the other phone number and they told me they could not do anything about it . I asked to speak to a manager or a supervisor and said there was not one there.
On my birthday I spent almost 9 hours on the phone off and on talking to different people about the same problem. and it was never fixed after all that!!!
I have been with Straight Talk for several years and have never had any problems until I call customer service I really would like somebody from the corporate office to give me a call 912-224-8991. I'm ready to switch prepaid compaNies.
I also went a whole month with only one week of data. I called customer service but every time it would be at least 3-4 hours on the phone repeating the same stuff over and over.
one other issue is when I switch to a different phone they told me I had to have a different SIM card because the phone that I had was a $30 phone and I had been paying $45 every month. I am really upset with your customer service department. I had one person tell me that they would credit my account for the $15 for every month that I paid extra and when I talked to another person they said that they didn't do that.
