I bought a hundred dollar Straight Talk phone from Wal-Mart and a service card. My phone after a couple months went dead, the screen was black and it wouldn't turn on or off. I called Straight Talk and they said to send back my phone and then I would receive my new phone. Well.....let me tell you its been three months and several phone calls to customer and no phone! I even called Corporate and still nothing. They say it's still at the warehouse and it hasn't been released yet! Wth?! Three months people, three months, how long does it take to send a phone out? Definitely not three months! I'm so livid, they put you on the phone with someone who can't even speak English and then they screw you over! Straight Talk is nothing but a bunch of SCAMMERS! I will never buy another Straight Talk phone!! Buyer BEWARE, do NOT buy a Straight Talk phone or you will lose your phone and a lot of money!
