After not using my Straight Talk Hot Spot for over six months, the SIM card expired without my knowing it. I bought a $45 data card and when I called to load it, they told me the SIM card was expired, but I could go to WalMart and get one (no you can't), or they would send me one. I am working out of state on a pipeline job and staying in an RV park. I gave Customer No Service the address and they said it would take 2 or 3 business days to get here. After three weeks, and several calls, it is still not here. They use those dumbass idiots overseas for their Customer Service issues. I asked to be transferred to someone in the U.S., but the idiots would not do it. I have a $45 data card that can't be loaded because I can't get a SIM card from these idiots. These companies should stop using foreign countries to handle their customer service issues. They probably pay them $1.25 a day, which is equal to the quality they get. People here need jobs and would certainly do a better job than those foreign idiots. And why does the SIM card expire in the first place? That is a crock of crap!
