I brought a straight talk phone from straight talk and the first phone kept cutting off they sent me another phone which I went two weeks with out my phone and know the second phone is doing the same thing. Instead of them sending me a new phone first once again they want me to do with out my phone and send this one in first. I'm about tired of straight talk. Not only that it take you for ever to get a real person on the phone. Please give people a break we want to talk to someone that can handle the problem right then not push this number to get to this person. Real people please.
