I bought my phone and service for one year from them for almost $1,100 on February 10, 2016. I had to call and complain 2 days after I got my phone cause some how the Sim card got locked in it. They had to send me a new Sim card which took about 2 weeks to get to me. Then about a month later I complain to them cause I wasn't getting my voice mails or phone calls at all. People who would call me was saying that someone else was answering my phone instead of me. They told me that my device was cloned by 2 other phones. And that I needed to send it in to get a replacement. It took about 4 months to get my replacement phone and even when I finally did receive it, it was broken badly. I really am dissatisfied with the company, cause they told me that there was nothing they could do about my device getting damaged before it got to me. So I would really like to join the law suit, if there is one active on this company.
