horrible customer service

Over last 3 months have spent over 8 hours on phone with customer service. They hardly speak English can't understand anything they say! Add minutes every 30 days then next day phone don't work. Keep telling me it Sim card. Send me new Sim card but sent wrong one. Plan good til April 27 2015, but said they can't activate same Sim card I've been using last 3 months. So phone don't work again and they refuse to fix it or extend the time on my card. So been few days now no phone but yet they took my $45.00 and told me I was shit outta luck!! Exact words they gave me. Horrible rude people.
