I wrote a long detailed message before and lost it so I can't do it again now but I need to say that dealing with straight talk wireless customer service was one of the MOST frustrating experiences I have ever had in my entire life and I am in y 40's and I work in retail...therefore I consider my level of tolerance to be greatly above that of the average consumer (I May be wrong...but because I have to deal with consumers all day I know how it's supposed to work).

They have now FAILED to successfully complete 3 separate transactions/dealings/issues/interactions in a reasonable manner. Each time it has been nessesary to contact their customer service department which is a nightmare,
Issues were/are:
1. Resolving delivery issues
2. Resolving set up issues
3. Resolving improper billing
I get the impression they hope many will just not take the time to follow through. I did, I will and I will also expose their practices. My experiences with them in just a 30 day time frame lead me to believe their failure is eminent. And I won't mind if I okay a role in ut. Either they share up or face public awareness. Let's sorest the word as often as we can!
