I have been a straighttalk.com cystomer fir years but I will ve terminating my service. Both my son and I experience our internet licking up and we have to press the airplane mode and waut fir a few seconds and then turn it off and then we can use internet again. I have unlimitef data abd I have called tech support over 12 times and NO ONE HAS SOLVED the problem. They all say the same thing that they updated the sim and inei info and to turn ohone off and on and it still does not work. STRAIGHTTALJ dies NIT XARE OR HAVE A SOLUTION IN PLACE FOR VALUED CUSTOMERS to resolve their priblem. I give them the worst rating anyone could give. No REason to call that many times and not resolve the issye! Digysted with this service!
