I have returned my phone back to straight talk three times with the same issues, and they keepsending the same model phone back. The huawei ascend pronto LTE and everytime it gives me the same problem the picture messsges wont send it will work for awhile ,but then do the same again. The error message is can not send right now will try later. So i just got my phone back again today reconditioned again ,and I called to ask is this my phone that i just sent back reconditioned, it had no screen protect on the screen it looks like they sent the same phone back. The technician said no it is a different phone, but the same model. I would think that as many years as i have been a loyal customer .They would trezt me with a little more curiosity . I dont want special treatment just a new phone not reconditioned and a different model, because obviously this model has a glitch. Loyal customer since 2014
