Recliner is falling apart

I bought the stratolounger from the department store BigLots. The wires under the bottom are popping a loose. When I first got this item it initially was hard to let out and is still hard. I don’t know if that had something to do with why the wires started coming a loose. I spent 400 or more for this chair and it didn’t let me a year. I stop using the the chair the second year because it started sinking on one side. I would like to if it possible to do anything about it.
