We purchased 2 stratolounger recliners on 2/16/08. One of the recliners the company has been out to repair twice. The store where we purchased them has since closed and we are suppose to have lifetime Warranty. Since I have tried to find somewhere that will honor the warranty with no response I do not know what else to do. The chair has the same part broken plus the side is now actually falling away from the chair. It is no longer safe to set in. I really hope that someone can help us with this issue. Spending $1025.00 for 2 chairs is a lot of money for us and we cannot afford to replace it. Warranties should be covered even if a company goes out of business.
