I have 3 chair recliners with remote control All 3 remote not working

I bought a pair of Stratoloungers from Sam's Club. The undercarriages are lifetime warranty. The carriages are now broken and Sam's Club says call Stratolounger and they are out of business. I spent $850 on the pair and have no where to turn. It seems if you warrant something for life you should have insurance or escrow account.

Bought a pair of stratoloungers from Sam's Club. They have LIFETIME warranty for undercarriages. Both undercarriages went bad, Sam's will not stand behind them and then find out the company is closed.
Who can I refer this problem to? You can't put a lifetime warranty on a product without repercussions if you close.

I have a stratolounger big one and the footrest mechanism broke The cable broke from the rest of the part. Where can I get a new mechanism?

We bought a Big Mans cholate stratolounger it had several issues after a few months we purchased a warranty but they said the warranty was no good because we smoke
My advice DON'T BUY

I bought 2 new strautolounger recliners on Black Friday.
They have lumbar vibration and moving headrest, they plug into the wall. A week after we had them one of the power packs that plug into the wall started squealing.
I can't find the contact information for strautolounger to correct the issue.

I just bought this chair less than 6 months ago and it is already broken. I will never buy any furniture from Big Lots again.

If you have bought your Stratolounger with a credit card you might be able to enter a claim with the purchase protection insurance. I would like to try this approach but do not have a copy of the warranty. If anyone has one could you please email me a copy and I will let you know if I succeed.

I bought 2 Stratolounger recliners, XP 3-7699, of which I was told that the mechanism was guaranteed a life time. One of the chairs needs a new mechanism, but I can't find Stratolounger to get the new mechanism, and I was wondering if you could help me find a place to repair them or for us to get a new mechanism?

I live in the Cincinnati, Ohio, Northern KY area.

I was headed to big lots tonight to buy a new stratolounger but after seeing these complaints I have chosen to look elsewhere and buy a better brand.
