I was supposed to receive my refund between the 11th and the 20th of January.They said they sent it by check which is weird because I have been getting it by direct deposit the past few quarters. The financial aid department continue to either lose any documents that I submit. They even claim my documents are incomplete. I haven't even receive my reinbusment financial aid. Along with taking the courses that am not retake over due to Colorado Tech University releasing me. I have check with Department of Education does have a hold on my financial aid nor do my Student loan holders Great Lake Financial.So its the university that is holding my financial Aids funds. So that they can also collect my financial aid funds from my F.S.A.F.A for 2016-2017 school year. Along with keeping me out of attending these course I need.
