I brought a straight phone from Walmart in Williamston NC the face of the phone crackedcthe associate called straight repersenative to return the phone they gave the instruction on how the process should be done..I returned the phone in the reposted box that straight sent.I return it by ups and I have not heard from straight company its been over 4months I had to purchase another phone..it cost me a big headache to spend extra money on another phone the previous phone was paid for so im out of the cost of that phone plus money on another phone..I feel like my concerns and problem are not importnot..so please return my phone I paid spent through straor money spent
