I have been doing business with y'all for 5 years and the phone wiped out everything on my phone pictures that can't be replaced won't let me download anything all it will do is let me text and talk I just bought this phone in December its only 5 months old so I think y'all should replace it yalls company sucks I think I'm going to change companies but the problem is I can't afford a new phone and I need my phone for my job y'all are just costing be money I don't have so I don't make lot of money I'm a cashier and y'all so SUCK but I know y'all arnt going to do a DAMN thing just saying
