Stuart Lee is a reputable company in business for almost 20 years. The frustrating thing for most people is the waiting period before you get a rebate. We can only process rebates based on the terms and conditions listed on each rebate form. Most rebates take 12-14 weeks to deliver because you must have wireless service for 60 days before you qualify for the rebate. Rebates are not immediately posted to our website when we receive them. They are first sorted, verified, deactivations and duplicates are then pulled. When this is completed the rebate is uploaded to our site. Rebates are however processed and issued according to the date received. The steps involved in processing these rebates are sadly required due to the amount of fraud and duplicate submittals.
