Purchased LG G Pad X8.3 with 2 year agreement through Costco in Visalia, CA, with promise of $150 cash card rebates from Stuart Lee on 11/24/2015. Have followed up with Stuart Lee repeatedly looking for rebate/cash card. No success,

Had no intention of purchasing a tablet in the first place, but did so with promise of rebate from Verizon employee at kiosk at Costco. We had to sign a two year contract with $175 cancellation fee if terminated early, in addition to the total of $240 for the $10/month tablet connection, plus the cost of the tablet of $150, for which refund still has not been received.

Not sure what to do next.

Haven't recieved rebate cash cart for costco.submitted 2/15

Purchased a Galaxy 5 phone @ Costco #0688 Bakersfield Ca. on 10/25/14. Submitted all paperwork to Stuart Lee and it was received by them on 10/30/14. I emailed them on 1/22/15 said that I've not received the rebate. They responded in an email stating that my email had been mailed to my address on 1/16/15 in the form of a postcard (really???) and if I don't receive it 90 days from the16th then to email them again....what a SCAM! I think that the Better Business Bureau and Costco need to get involved here!
Has anyone received their rebates from this company?
