have not received cash cards
We have been waiting for over 18 weeks for our rebate cash cards for the three verizon phones we purchased in early December at costco. We are due 3 $50 cash cards. The stuart lee web site lists our rebates as pending approval. The rebate process is supposed to take 12 - 14 weeks not over 18 weeks. The money is very important to us as we are on a limited budget and its needed to buy new eyeglasses. I know we are not the only customers with this issue. At this point Costco needs to step in and fix this issue immediately. My patience will not last long. Soon I will be filing a fraud complaint with my state attorney's fraud department and contacting my local media considering the extent of this problem. Although Stuart Lee is the contractor providing the service, it is still Costco's responsibility to insure the rebates are done in a timely fashion. Failure to provide an advertised rebate is advertising fraud.
