Rebates Not Received and Stuart Lee Does Not Return Inquiries
T-Mobile Kiosk 1049 offered rebates on phone purchases in March 2016. I purchased 2 phones and activated a 3rd on their BYOD offer. All paperwork and receipts were sent in immediately for the rebates offered.
The 12-14 week timeframe has passed and still no record of my rebates by this company through their website. There is no phone number or no other method to reach them.
I will be visiting T-Mobile again today, as well as Costco, to voice in person complaints on this. The rebates for these purchases was the deciding factor on my going with T-Mobile to change from my previous carrier, or any other new carrier.
Costco is not a place I thought would every work with scam artists. Apparently, I was not correct in that assumption.Who can help get this Stuart Lee company in gear?
