Had same problem as others have posted on this site. Stubhub's policies are heavily weighted towards the Buyer and they do nothing to protect the Seller. I sold 3 tickets to a Buyer who decided (after he rec'd my tickets - on time!) that it wasn't what he/she wanted. Stubhub then cancelled the sale and charged me for supposedly buying additional tickets for the Buyer to meet their needs! So, instead of getting paid for selling my tickets (which I listed correctly and delivered on time), I wound up getting charged $330!!!! And furthermore, I didn't get my tickets returned to me, which I could have possibly sold to someone else! How much you want to bet that the buyer turned around and sold my original tickets (which didn't cost him a penny) and then used the second set of tickets from Stubhub to attend the event. In that scenario, the Buyer actually made money and still got to attend the event, while the Seller (me) gets charged a fee. Unbelievable! I will never, ever, do business with this ripoff company again!!
