Dear Poslaju Malaysia,

We would like to complaint on our few parcels that should be deliver to our customer. May I know why it was return back to us without state any reason? It should be deliver to customer within 2-3 days, but not!

I have check thru track and trace, and the system state the parcel nearly deliver to customer, but then, it is returned back to us! We are very disappointed with your service.

Hope Poslaju Malaysia will improve the quality of service properly and promptly.
