I have never seen or felt so sorry for a store like i do for this one
what happened was i had a question about my statement so i called the store and they told me i would have to come and see the accounts receivable department so that is what i did well boy was that a suprise the lady i had to deal with has major issues and is mental in which she feels she has a inflated sense of her own importance and a deep need for admiration she actually believes she is superior to others and has little regard for other people's feelings. i call her a troll aka barbara schering i feel very bad for the staff i tell ya i have never ever delts with such a rude individual in all my sixty years of living ...

I have done lots of business with this store. The staff is always amazing and very helpful. My accounts are always up to date and the store fully stocked. Looking at the comment the first lady wrote, it seems like someone who is not very happy in life and has a grade 3 education based on her writing skills. I will bet that she is someone that gets paid to work there, but that is only an assumption. Sounds like she isn't very happy with her job and should look for a new one.
