Regarding Brooksaf: we did manage to get the Subclass code changed, but we are not going to pay the outstanding amount, we have an avidavit attached regarding what happened.
They become the owners of the above mentioned company only on February 2013 when they saw a problem on the previous contract number, they then got somebody to help them to get a new number, as soon as they submitted the forms they realise they made a mistake and contacted many people at limpopo office and at head office to get the subclass code correct and to change the amount of money paid in connection with the correct subclass code which is 0114 and the client then paid over R175 114.41 over to department of labor. Now the code has been changed but we still get information that there is an amount outstanding, the correct percentage to work out the amount payable to DOL for subclass code 0114 is 1.77% which will total the assessment to R 175 114.41 which my client did pay?

You really need to look into this, if it is not going to be fixed, the auditors are going to close my clients doors!!!
