My husband and I went to a Subway located at 1823 East Palmdale Blvd, CA 93550 on Monday Oct 24, at 7:34pm. Employees at store during my visit; Cynthia and Diana. My husband and I order two subs. When the veggie part to my sub came along, I asked for some Cilatro. Cynthia held the empty Cilatro container claiming that they were completely out. However, she paused and said... "Unless you want to wait like 40 sec" I immediately said " i'll wait for Cilatro". Cynthia then came back with some cilantro, asked if i still wanted some Cilantro on my Sub with a sarcastic smirk on her face. I said said "Yes, please" I proceeded and asked for "light" Mayo & Mustard" she squirted two lines of Mayo, and a thick line of mustard. I kindly asked Cynthia to remove some of the condiments. She did, however, when doing so she removed my Pepper Jack cheese. As she removed the excess condiments, she added a comment saying "Next time, just tell me how much you want". At that point, my Sub was a mess. My husband asked if she could start over my Sub. At that point in time, Diana (an employee- who at the time was working on a customer's Sub) directed herself to my husband asking; "Are you sure? It's only the condiments" implying we take the sub as it was, to avoid wasting it. Diana made a mistake on her customer's Sub. She squirted honey mustard, opposed to Chipotle Sauce. She caught herself and said "Ahh... i messed up" my husband made a comment to me "oh that's a waste" Diana then began to raise her voice and directed herself to my husband with a nasty attitute saying "why are you making comments about the sub" However, my husband was talking to me, not her. Diana began screaming loudly, hysterical. I asked her to stop yelling at my husband 5 times, and she still couldn't stop yelling. I asked her to stop yelling and to have some kind of respect for my husband. She called me a "stupid b*tch" under her breathe and once again a "B*tch" when walking towards back of restaurant". After many attempts asking her to stop yelling at my husband, she threaten me and challenged me by saying "MAKE ME STOP" and tried to get in my face, while still standing behind the counter. Both my husband and I were in complete disbelieve. Shocked! Floored! Unbelievable! I felt extremely disrespected. Hopeless, there was absolutely no making sense in her head. I wanted her to stop disrespecting us. It appeared to us, and to everyone in the restaurant, as tho they don't know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is, or even having RESPECT for customer even means. We asked for Diana for her supervisor's name. Diana claimed to be the shift's supervisor. We asked for a phone number to call and complain, she asked us to look it up online. When asked both Cynthia & Diana for their names, they pointed at their name tags, sarcastically said "to take a picture". Cynthia said; "IF you want to report this, call tomorrow in the morning before of after 10:00am. We have two witnesses who were also floored by the outraged behavior . Wit#1 Gregory Quattlebaum 661-540-3154. Wit#2 Clara 661-480-3379. Honestly, we ended up buying only a cookie to obtain information how to file for this matter. I also have footage of Diana snatching the money from my husband's hand. I deeply hope that Subway takes care of this matter. My husband and I simply wanted a sub. Please take disciplinary actions.

I'm following up on this matter...
I called this morning to follow up on this matter. I spoke with Jit the general manager/owner at the 818 462-3051. According to the owner, both employee Cynthia and Diana are only getting a three day suspension with a write up, after calling me a "stupid B*tch" three times, threatened and challenged me to fight, after I had asked her to stop yelling and disrespecting me and my husband during my visit.
The owner basically offered me two six inch subs, with a drink as compensation. I feel that the owner isn't perhaps, handling this the right way. These two girls need to be terminated and replaced with people that want to work.
Can someone please help me. Our safety was definitely endangered with treats made by employee. Despite of this, the owner doesn't seem to want to terminate them. I just don't understand.
On behalf of all people out there who got mistreated and humiliated, I will push this matter until my voice is heard.
