disconnect of my service before I got the bill
I just hooked up with suddenlink on November 21 2019 I had to pay 228.10 by card I have my bank statement for them to come and put the cable,internet, and the salesman Danny said you need home phone to which i can't get to work and rather not have.So they came and put it all in Nov 21 2019 then Dec 4th I come home from picking up my grandaughter from school and my cable and internet is shut off! I was upset had not recieved a bill nothing then I get a bill on Friday Dec 6th the day of my husband birthday whom passed in June 14 2019. And the bill was 142.53 and was not due until december 27th! yet my service was disconnected!!! I went ahead and paid it! Then I called them and they wanted 58.00 more dollars I paid that! Then they wanted to charge me another installation FEE! I SAID NO! I HAVE THREATEN THEM WITH CONSUMER PROTECTION ALSO! I am very upset! The sales was very rude and untrustworthly! His name was Danny phone no to him is 6812383579. I have been looking for the CEO Or Manager of Suddenlink. I can get a lawyer easily!!! I feel they are trying to also to cheat people out of there amazon 100 dollar gift cards! I feel there is a scam going on! I do not need this at all! I have suffered Enough this thru the loss of my husband and other things going on. I WANT SOMETHING DONE ASAP!!!

Technician service
Technician showed up while my son was home. Put an OLD box in and left. Didn't
stay 10 minutes and left WITHOUT making sure everything worked. DVR (which was what was the they were supposed to fix) is still NOT working!!!!! Can't get through to ANYONE in ARKANSAS to help and have to spend 20 minutes of automated HELL, before getting to talk to a human. I am FURIOUS that this is not fixed. Now it's going to be MONDAY before i can get another appointment. You(Sudden Link) seriously need to rethink your customer relations! I am ready to change services to ANY OTHER PROVIDER!

Billing lack of service
8 days of sporadic internet No HBO SHOWTIME oh and lets not forget CBS and ABC yep they sent out a tech to fix it that was a joke. He changed out the splitter and left but it did not fix the problem yes charged me for a service that was not fixed called them back to let them know that it was not a problem within my house but down the road ( been doing this song and dance with them for years) Tech left message on 6/23/2017 to let me know they fixed the BX down the street and my problem should be solved yep I put up with this from them another 5 day. They sent me a bill for over 50 bucks but when asked if they were going to credit my account for the last of use and service now I'm getting the runaround. It is disappointing to be a prisoner to company that does not care about there customers. Has anyone else been treated this way? Oh wait they will change me a late fee too.

Getting Internet
Ok I'm very pissed off now I've called twice and was told both times I would get a call back have I nope but I know damn well I can get internet at my house through sudden link since both of my neighbors do on both sides of me I was told both times that they would sent technicians out well I've seen them in the neighborhood but not at my house or anything like that so now who's head do I need to go over to get this fixed ASAP? Tired and fed up of the lies that I hear when calling customer service

serviceability
I live at an address that time and time again am told I can not get service from your provider. However my neighbors on both sides as well as across the street have your service (I simply want internet) can you please send a technician out to see if that can be corrected or look in the records and tell me why my address is listed as such ?I have lived here over 3 years and dish internet is horrible.
