not working

I called Suddenlink approximately 3 and a half weeks ago to add a second phone line and wired internet to my home so I could work from home, due to losing extra income as a bus driver. Suddenlink came in on Monday, March 30th with this small box too small to hold the 400 internet service I was paying for, hooked the box up, and left nothing working but the original phone.
2 days later they came back, connected the 2nd line, and disconnected the mine line, in case i forgot to mention the line of my 87-year-old mother. My mom was without a phone for over a week, but between that time another tech came out, the internet, Tivo box, or my mom line still wasn't working. I am probable on the 4th tech visit, 2 techs came out and still nothing, so now I'm in tears calling, and an agent over the phone assisted me and got connected the wired internet, connected my mom line and disconnected the 2nd line and by this time I lost my online job because I did not have the proper equipment. I think I also forgot to mention in between one of those times a tech came, pulled up, seen us waiting on him, and then drove off like no one was home. That same tech came back last week, did something that did not work, and told us he would be right back with a manager and swear to get the issue fix. I later found out he dispatched that the job was done, I still did not have a 2nd phone line. the next tech was a manager and by this time I'm stressed out and he comes in with a bad attitude and 2 friends in the truck so you know he had no plans on really working, but after I told him his attitude was bad and no wonder his tech doesn't care he tried something that did not work. Here we are now April 23rd, someone came back today and God knows he really tried but he had no cooperation from the office techs; he called the Voips and they screwed up even worst. It is 9 pm, we don't have any phone service in the home because customer service disconnected both lines and promise me to have everything fixed or at least my elderly mom line working by 5 pm and I never got a callback or the issue fixed so I had to miss work with my new job because I could not leave my sick, handicap mom in the house with no phone. I need help if they can not give me 2 lines they need to cut my mom phone on and credit me for the stress and service I went without for more than 3 weeks. I will find another company for the second line but she has had that phone number since we were children and I am 49 years old. Not to mention I had to go out to purchase a prepaid phone and minutes but with her age she can't use that
