I have contacted Randall Mark Fridley at least once a day, since last Friday(11/06/2020), concerning the below email, and he has not returned any of my calls or emails. I need help in resolving this issue. Will you help me? Here are the issues I have with Suddenlink:

Steven Stewart at 828 6th St. No one has ever come back to install service in the two rooms that were originally supposed to be included with the initial installation. Also, when I signed up Suddenlink offered cable and internet for $55 dollars and a $100 dollar gift card. They still have the same offer, but I have not received a gift card. Also, if cable & internet is $55, then I am getting charged over $60 for phone. Suddenlink and frontier charge $19.99 a month for phone service. I would like to negotiate my deal and get a better offer. I spoke with someone in billing and the answer they gave was ridiculous. I want to work this out, because I am not getting a fair deal. Please advise. Thanks.
