I am not receiving Sngpl bill for my consumer #81369104708, 41486636487 at my home located at House no.120-C eden city phase-8 DHA Lahore opposite Airport Lahore. The billing delivery man is neither interested in knocking the door for delivering the bill nor he drop the said consumer bill. I complained about it on their help line but they say I have to visit the office personally to resolve the issue.Sir I am a job bearing person and is very tough for me to visit. I also requested at 1199 that e-billing may please be activated for my consumer numbers mentioned above but in vain. please make necessary step to deliver my bills at my home or at my email [email protected].
