It is submitted that I am struggling to get a Sui gas commercial connection for my shop located at plot No-9/Sec-3 Canal view society Gujranwala. For this purpose I have visited the office of GM Sui northern gas pipe lines Sui gas road Gujranwala. I met there Mr. Jahangir sales officer and his sub ordinate Mr.Ijaz and prepared a complete application/affidavits by a person sitting outside the office of GM Sui gas office. All the day was consumed in preparing the documents and next day I went to the office for depositing the application and met Mr. Ijaz to accept my application. He first examined all my documents and returned the application saying that Canal view society is banned by the DC Gujranwala and gas connection can’t be provided till further orders and to come after one month. After one month I again went there office and asked Mr. Ijaz to receive my application and this time He said to get mark/initial on the application by Mr. Jahangir. I met the Mr. Jahangir in the adjacent room for marking my application and He thoroughly checked the application and raised the objection that affidavits are not according to the pattern so change the all forms /affidavits. As per their demand I changed all affidavits/application form with new ones. Next day I again went to their office and met the Mr. Jahangir to mark the application and this time he raised another objection that forms are not typed as per their spacemen and change the documents/affidavits again. I told him that all the writing is according to specimen as they provided but he did not receive my application and said to meet Mr. Ijaz for guidance. I met Mr. Ijaz and he gave me photocopies to prepare the application as per same. I again prepared the documents as per photocopies as provided by Mr. Ijaz and next day I met Mr. Jahangir to collect the application but at this time he said to attach more forms regarding NOC from the neighbors. I again got more forms/affidavits from my neighbors and went their office on 15-08-2018 for depositing the application. At this time the room of Mr. Jahangir was locked and met Mr. Ijaz to receive the application and this time he again refused to take the application saying that forms are old and prepare the affidavit with another new format. Sir I have tried my best to fulfill their requirements but in vein ,they always made me fool/shuttle cock and kept raising of objections deliberately. Now I have to conclusion that I never can get my application registered by these men. It is therefore requested in your kind honor to ask them to collect the application please.

most respectfully it is stated that,
i had paid 3000 rupees in ABL bank kashmeer road Sialkot
vied voucher no. 125289
dated: 22.09.2008
as a metter of sui Gas demand Notice by the order of Sui Gas office Sialkot
but, many effort can be done but the Sui Gas office employ men did not fix the sui gas metter till now
and refuised clearly to put metter. please help me for this matter and obliged.
