Complaint Office Sui gas Pakistan

Dear Sir
I am an overseas Pakistani .I had a commercial gas connection at my property which we were using before. I was away from Pakistan so your staff disconnects supply line on 28/12/2015 due to outstanding gas bill infect bill has been paid on 22/12/2015.I could not understand why your staff disconnect the supply?
I was away so I could not pursue your office. When I came back Pakistan I sold my property and went back to abroad. The new owner built his home on the property. Now I am here in Pakistan and submit an application for requesting my security back on 24/09/2019.Your office giving me hard time in other words they want me to forget refund amount. They told me they have not cut the supply in properly. I surprise what they were waiting for since 2015 till now.
Your office does not care customers they are treating like unprofessional ways.
A:-I request you to allow me refund of my security deposited amount.
B:-Please notice to those staff that is causing bad relationship with customers.
C:-After one week I will forward this application to Prime Minister Complaint cell.
D:-I am also sending this latter to DG Sui northern gas Pakistan.
