It is submitted that I purchased a house dated July, 2013 where a Sui gas meter was already installed in the name of Mrs. Shahida Praveen D/O Wahid Bakhsh. When I purchase house I obtained a clearance certificate from Sui gas office Dera Ghazi Khan that no amount was outstanding against this consumer ID.
Last month I was out of city some officials of Sui gas office disconnected my meter without any intimation. I contacted Mr. Gulzar Khan in-charge Sui gas office, Dera Ghazi Khan and he told me that you are a defaulter of 29,340/- PKR.
I checked records from the office and found that the defaulted premise is a different location i.e.

The different billing Books number clearly indicates that the premises & the consumer ID are entirely different. I have been daily visiting last two months Dera Ghazi Khan Office to restore my meter but no corrective action has been taken since then.
It is also mentioned that I am handicapped person and daily visiting Sui gas office but no one bother to listen me. I am facing lot of problem due non availability of Sui gas I also give undertaking to Sui gas in charge that if I am guilty I will pay the whole amount. But in vain.
It is therefore requested to look into this matter and advice to Dera Ghazi Khan In charge to restore my Sui gas meter as soon as possible.
