I was applied for new gas connection in march 2014 after that in 15th janvery 2015 I droppled application in drop box at customer services office Islamabad addressed to GM sales lahore for issuance of demand note on basis of urgent supply gas meter@rs.25000 according to policy within 30 days demand note should be issued but that is still awaited. It is requested that demand note on urgent fee basis may be issued against customer I'd 4228862314 dated 5th march 2014 and acknowledgement issued by I'd SL074157 for green avenue Islamabad
