no supply of gas

respected sir
i want to inform you that my gas meter is not supplying gas .i have a domestic connection. its been 12 days i have been facing this problem.i registered my complaint to your helpline for many times but they are making lame excuses and are not willing to fix my problem.plz solve my problem.my meter no is MR02193869.
