My husband purchased a house at some of those communities fort Worth Texas. After 3 years of them refusing to fix the driveway that flooded and you couldn't even get into the house they decided to start giving away our parking spot to the neighbors who had seven cars across the street. When we voiced our concerns to corporate Denver the complex manager April Andrade concocted a false police report and told the corporate office in Denver that there was a violent altercation in which my husband was arrested for assaulting another resident yet my husband was sitting at the house the police never came and there was no such altercation. April Andrade falsified a police report We even got a copy of that police report showing that she was the reportee in order to force us off a home that we owned. April Andrade issued a 60-day non-renewal notice for us defending our rights as tenants and we moved out and complied with the 60-day nonrenewal notice. Now she is found an eviction suit claiming we're holding over in the house that is mortgaged in my husband's name and we've yet to miss a mortgage payment in order to try to illegally seize a house that is being paid for. She filed a false eviction notice claiming we're living there and made up random numbers in order to get the court to process the complaint.
