HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH SALES AGENTS
About two (2) months ago, I began receiving calls from sun telemarketers that my account has qualified for upgrading. After getting about five (5) calls, I politely told them that should I decide to avail of the upgrading, i will visit the Sun Customer Service Center at Davao Abreeza.
Since then, I have been getting the same calls, at average of 10 calls a day at different times within business hours.
Pissed off, I told them to please stop calling me because again, I will just visit Sun Abreeza Davao. But they have been very persistent.
Finally, I called up Sun hotline and raised my concern and was merely told that my complaint was noted and elevated to the proper department. I called up Sun hotline twice.
Just a day after, the same annoying calls resumed. Exasperated, I re-directed the calls to my voice mail.
In one of my conversations at the hotline, I was informed that at the privacy settings, which I cannot found in the website, I allowed telemarketers to call me. I have been looking for the setting to uncheck if any.
Granting that there is that waiver, does that authority include receiving repeated information from various telemarketers?
I always tried to come down because I survived a hemorrhagic stroke sometime in 2015 and getting angry is bad and dangerous for me. In effect, Sun telemarketers are trying to kill me.
I hope this can be finally acted upon.

unable to renew retention account
My contract will end in June 2017 and it will be my 3rd renewal in suncellular which means I've been using my postpaid number for almost 6yrs, when i went to their shop to apply for renewal they said i cannot give me renewal because i still have outstanding balance on my other account.
So to cut the story short wala silang pakialam sa salitang loyalty and that they have all the power to terminate your account unless you settle all everything.
Una s lahat pinagtyagaan ko ang connection n npakabagal and hindi man nasusulit ang bnbyran ko n 800 plus monthly tpos hindi ko marerenw ang account...this is a complete BS!

unexplained running balance from SUN CELL
Almost 3 yrs n ako as sun postpaid subscriber. last june 2016 pinablock ko sim s broadband kc nawala yung pocket wifi. so in short deactivated n sya. pero monthly binabayaran ko p rin in advance bill ko. coming this september 2016, bayad n nman in advance biglang nashock s sinabi ng staff n may running balance ako n 4,034.75 where in fact may credit p nga ako palagi n 43pesos. pano nangyari yon e 750.00 lng credit limit ko. anong utak at system meron ang sun? wait ko p raw matapos yung due for september para maexplain nila pano nagka 4K n bill. wala b silang utak? hello! deactivated n nga ang broadband sim at 750.00 lng credit limit pano nangyari? Another inside job n nman ba? dapat batas Duterte bagay s SUN CELL.

unexplained additional billing charge
Since 2011 pa kami subscriber ng SUNcellular post paid unlimited broadband Php 799 FIXED , pero nitong January 2016 dumating billing statement at ang laki ng billing namin. nag complaint kami sa Suncell SM Dasmarinas Branch. sabi baka daw nag games kaya may additional charge.na pinagtaka namin kasi bigla nalang nagkaroon ng mga additional charges na sa pagkaka alam namin ay wala naman bukod sa fixed price ang bill namin at sa intermittent na ang signal nila malimit pa talagang wala signal considering na ang tower ng Suncell eh napakalapit lang sa bahay namin.. for 3rd times bumalik kami sa Suncell Center again sa SM Dasmarinas Branch dahil paulit ulit pa din kami na cha charge. ang sabi wala daw sila magagawa dahil wala daw sila access na information kung bakit kami na charge ng ganon. kaya need daw namin tumawag sa customer complaint sa phone. ginawa namin pero wala din naging solution. again dumating na naman ang billing meron pa din. to be honest ang panget na ng services ng suncellular di ko alam bakit nagtatagal pa din sila sa business. we are planning to disconnect the services.

unactivated account
My plan was approved and released on April 30, 2016 at the E-Mall in Sangciangko St. Cebu City.. They said that after 24 hours my account will be activated. Until today, May 7, 2016 my account is inactive.. I went to the store where I passed my application but unfortunately that store was already moved-in according to the mall security. So I went to the Gaisano Tabunok Sun Cellular Store on May 3, 2016 to ask the manager what shall I do with my account. He said that he will refer it to the Corporate office and they will call me after 24 hours.. Until today May 7, 2016, I have not received their call.. What costumer service is this? Frankly Sun Cellular, I really am disappointed why I choose your company to be my communications partner...

unable to call and text
since my postpaid was activated last march 16, 2016 i only used the plan for a couple of days. Suddenly I lost my connection last March 24, 2016..You wont even notify me whats going on.How could I be satisfied with the service that Im going to pay you.

Unknown GPRS being charged to account
Nakablock po ung internet service ko sa sim card ng SUN CELLULAR :( last September 29, 2014 i received my e-soa may nakabill sakin na 600.00 plus i called their customer service thrice and sabi kung gusto ko raw marevise ung charged na internet usage kailangan daw mag extend ng 2 mos. ung contract. I said No! In the first place this is not my fault... Tapos as of this time tinignan ko ung My Account i checked my bill dated Oct. 20 meron na namang internet usage charged WHICH IS HINDI NGA PWEDENG MANGYARI KASI NAKABLOCKED UNG INTERNET SA SIM NA GAMIT KO!! :( Nakakahigh blood, nakakapika DO THEY REALLY KNOW THE MEANING OF BLOCKED????
