Lack of Rule Enforcement and Bad Roads in the Community in Maine

The other complaint with the lack of rule enforcement is so true on every level and in Maine also. Our community has all types of ages, the management does not enforcement anything. They never drive around to check. The properties have junk all around many of the mobile homes, the sheds are overflowed with junk, many do not pick up their recycle or trash bins for days later. The lids blow around other people's yards and the street, leaving other residents to pick up after them. The resident manager and her assistant does not even live in the community. According to the job description for a Resident Manager, you have to live in the community. No one in the park ever reads the rules. They put up new speed signs, but there is so many young people living with their parents, they do not obey any speed rules. Also, many of the homes have three generations living with them and three or more cars. There is a two car limit for the driveway, but does that matter, no.... This community USED to be upscale, but with our poor management team, it has gone downhill and it looks it.
